Mobile Data Interface
Rockhopper has been interfaced to several mobile data systems. At the time of writing these include: Transcom and Sigtec mobile data terminals, Palm-style Symbol devices, alphanumeric pagers, Nextel cell-phones, AirClic phone-scanner devices and bar-code readers. GPS locating and signature capture is supported, with actual signatures available for display in bookings and over the web. Other projects are currently in progress including the AirClic^New! interface.

PC-based Interface
Through the use of the MyODBC driver, rockhopper can be interfaced to popular PC-based packages, including report generators, accounts packages, spreadsheets and other databases.

Accounts Interface
Ad hoc interfaces to a wide variety of other software can be provided. Interfaces have been built to a number of popular accounting packages, such as MYOB, QuickBooks and Accpac. An Accounts Receivable package is currently being built so this function will be native to rockhopper by the end of this year.

Web Interface
An internet interface suitable for use by customers is available. Functions available include: booking jobs, job quotes, tracking jobs, tracking routes^New!, address book maintenance, and printing shipping labels. See the Web Interface link for more details.
