Rockhopper is already web-enabled, and can be configured so that booking and tracking functions are available to your customers via the internet. Functions available via the internet include:
• Obtain a quotation
• Make a booking
• Track a booking
• Track an entire route (also see web-manifestNew!)
• Maintain one's "address book"
• Print shipping labels
The particular screen-shots below are from a major client in Sydney, so there are some localized terms evident. Because rockhoper operates both in the US and Australia, the US version uses a few different terms (e.g. City vs Suburb).
The interface is highly configurable, and stylesheets are used to vary fonts, colors, and so on, so the pages conform to the appearance of your existing website.
The screenshots are:
Main Menu: what the user sees after logging in.

Booking: most of the form used to book a job.

Tracking: after selecting a date range, the user gets a list of jobs in this form. Note that some jobs are still "in progress".

Job Details: the details of a job which have been completed.

Addressbook: the form used by the customer to maintain their own address-books to expedite the booking of jobs.
