Web Manifest

The web-manifest is a read-only module which provides a detailed stop-level view of route status, including the number of pieces picked up and/or delivered (by goods type if applicable), and any associated package Ids. This makes web-manifest the ideal tool for your customer's route tracking needs.

This module can work in a manual environment or may be interfaced with mobile data and barcode scanningNew! so updates are automatic.

Regardless of the interface, the data entered by the mobile data system or the dispatcher is immediately available for view by the customer.

After logging in, the customer can search by date or range, job number, route name, stop Id, stop name, or package Id.

Example 1
In this example all jobs within a date range are searched, the results display the first stop for each job it finds, including any alerts.

Clicking on the Manifest button next to any job will display the route details, including any delay messages, the piece counts, time, and PoD. The goods being tracked in this example are medical specimens: Ambient (AMB), Refrigerated (REF), and Frozen (FRZ)

Clicking on the Details button will display the full event history for that particular package.

Other examples
There are many more practical applications for web-manifest tracking, some examples are:

  • quickly find the status of a single stop, regardless of what route it's on, simply by keying in a portion of its name

  • quickly find the status of all chain-store deliveries regardless of what route they're on

  • drill down on a specific stop over a range of dates to find out what time the stop is completed everyday
